I have other shipping options available which cannot be displayed directly on etsy, such as UPS 2 day air, UPS next day air, or Fedex Express. I use PirateShip to purchase the labels and often the pricing for UPS 2-day is the same Etsy charges for USPS Priority, if this is the case, i will automatically upgrade the shipping and send the plant via UPS 2-day.

*Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on plant watering schedule, plant growth, and general order volume. If you have an urgent timeline, please message me before checkout and I can usually accommodate.

Plants are shipped in sturdy boxes, individually wrapped, with polyfil inside and outside the plants.

Tips for healthy growth!
- Make sure you are giving your new plants proper lighting, it is highly recommended to buy a light meter and test your lighting throughout the day BEFORE purchasing plants.
- Research the plants you are purchasing to understand their exact lighting, humidity, and temperature needs, but in general...
- - - - Avoid direct sun, bright indirect light is best (or grow lights).
- - - - Do not expose plants to temperatures outside of 68-80 degrees F.
- - - - Do not place plants near Heat/AC vents.
- Allow top of soil to dry out slightly before watering. Always best to dig down 1-2" into the pot to check moisture before watering.
- Water with Superthrive Foliage Pro fertilizer, 1 tsp per gallon, every 5-14 days depending on temperature and humidity. Message me for the full lineup of nutrients I use.

We guarantee live delivery of all plant orders! As long as the conditions below are met, we will replace or refund any plants that do not survive delivery, unless they are delayed by the carrier for 2 or more days, in which case the guarantee is no longer applicable. But we will still work with you for a satisfactory solution.
*ORDERS OVER $250 TOTAL MUST BE SHIPPED UPS 2-DAY-AIR, UPS NEXT-DAY-AIR, USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS, or FEDEX EXPRESS to qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee. Regular USPS Priority mail does not qualify for orders over $250 total.

Keep in mind, these are tropical plants and even with superb packaging, shipping can be strenuous. It is possible plants may drop leaves, have browning/discoloration, or show other signs of stress from the journey which is not covered by the Live Plant Guarantee. After a short time in their new homes the plants should recover fine and live and grow happily.

LIVE ARRIVAL CONDITIONS
#1. Buyer must bring package indoors to a heated or air conditioned space within 30 minutes of delivery, confirmed with a time stamped photo/video.
#2. Buyer must open package within 6 hours of delivery and send unboxing video AND detailed photos.
#3. Buyer must contact us immediately to report any issues.
#4. Do not take any cuttings from a plant you are claiming for the Live Arrival Guarantee. You may be required to send back the “dead” plant, and we will notice. Free return label provided.
